R.Network members will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite story. The winner of the story with the most votes will receive 2 tickets to the IQPC 4th Remuneration and Reward Summit and the runner up will win 1 ticket to the event. Terms and conditions

  • This competition is only open to R.Network members on LinkedIn.
  • To be eligible to win the R.Network member needs to post a story related to the stated topic.
  • There is no limit to the number of posts.
  • All entries received by March 9th 2012 will be consolidated and made available to R.Network members for polling enabling R/Network members to vote for their favourite story.
  • The winner will be the member with the story that received the most votes as at 5pm on Friday April 13th 2012. In the case of a tie Remesys will have the final vote.
  • First prize is two tickets to attend the IQPC 4th Remuneration and Reward Summit being held in Sydney on May 7 – May 9 2012. The prize includes access to the main conference and 3 workshops. The prize does not include access to the Executive Remuneration Focus Day. The prize does not include accommodation or flights.
  • Second prize is 1 ticket to attend the IQPC 4th Remuneration and Reward Summit being held in Sydney on May 7 – May 9 2012. The prize includes access to the main conference and 3 workshops.   • A refund will not be provided to the winner if they have already registered for the event.

Time to get automated - The Canon experience

Canon’s Compensation and Benefits Manager, Glenn Cotterill, with Remesys Director Natalie Feller, presented at the 2010 AHRI Technology Conference in Sydney. Glenn explained how adopting technology to manage the core process of remuneration reviews had streamlined processes, maximised efficiency, empowered employees and enabled HR to shift focus to value add strategic management. Feedback on the presentation has been extremely positive. The presentation is available for those of you who were unable to make this event.
